About Monica

Monica Bolz is a trilingual Arizona licensed REALTOR® with Weichert REALTORS® - Courtney Valleywide. Monica assists clients to buy and sell real estate and has been managing the listing side of the brokerage since 2011.

Originally born in Montevideo, Uruguay, South America Monica lived in Germany for her school years before coming to the United States at the age of 21. Because of her international background, Monica is fluent in Spanish, German and English! She entered into the real estate field because she enjoys the satisfaction of helping buyers realize they can own a home. Her broad knowledge of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills and steadfastness have placed her as one of the strongest agents in her brokerage.

Prior to selling real estate Monica worked in the corporate banking world with JP Morgan Chase for 7 years, where she was recognized year after year for her high customer service standards and ability to settle long term accounts.

Monica currently resides in Chandler and when not working, she loves to spend time with her three grandchildren. She enjoys listening to music, dancing and traveling the world. Monica often offers her time to help her family and friends with themed parties, as her creative energy and talent turns any party into a beautiful event! At the end of each transaction, Monica takes the time to customize her closing gifts for each client, to show her appreciation for being their REALTOR®.
